Finally, an update from Reena.. after 4 weeks from my previous post...

Erh, it took me..quite some time.. just for the introduction of this blog..
I am not sure how to start with it.. after 1 month of RUSTING.. haha
So, let's begin with this :

Haha, here is one of the complaints that I have received for the past few days..
From kenny, from Jolene, from Huey, from Sheue Yng.. and even TSHoe from India is complaining.. hahaha
Afterall, I guess I need to apologise for my..laziness for not updating my blog..
And of course, the main reason is due to my block exam lah.. Sorry..
Menyusun sepuluh jari memohon maaf dan ampun.. gomenansai.. *bow*...

First of all, I wanna crap about what I did for the past 1 month...
Nothing else... just like what Nat said, stuck at the library studying.. & Sleeping .. haha
So, there is nothing much to blog about it lo..
Takkan you want me to blog.. what m i studying everyday a?..monday physio, tues anat?? haihz
Now, my 1st block.. the 1st 10 weeks out of 40 weeks in my 1st year are over...
But this is not the end of the story, it is just the beginning of a new chapter.. 2nd block..
My exam was over on last thursday.. and my 2nd block started on the next day.. Friday..Crap..
Haihz.. no holiday or break at all... so lifeless..

Erh, the 1st 10 weeks in Manipal..
10 weeks.. away from Malaysia.. away from home..away from my family..and friends..
10 weeks to lead a new pathway in life.. a life as medical student.. a future doctor..
10 weeks to adapt to the new environment..& get to know new friends..
10 weeks to study upper and lower limb, general embryology and histology..
10 weeks to settle everything .. to get everything in place..
10 weeks to manage my time wisely.. and telan anatomy, physio and biochem..
10 weeks for me to understand myself better.. and improve my weakness..
Lastly, 10 weeks is not enough.... to study everything lah.. too much of reading..
Precisely.. it might be.. too much of playing.. haha...
Therefore, most of us are not well-prepared for the exam.. including me..
But it is okay.. learn from mistakes..
Exam is to reveal our weakness.. so that we can improve and be better.. think positively lo..

After the 1st encounter with my block exam, after my 1st experience.. after i learnt my lesson..
Hopefully I can do better in the future.. better for my 2nd, 3rd, 4th and even uni.. haha
A new block.. with a new vision and aim.. new method of studying.. + no more fishing..
Must have 101% concentration in the class..
Oh ya, my seat has been shifted to the back.. 2nd row from behind.. so.. really gotta concentrate.
Especially with my physiology and biochem.. SAM foundation is not enough to cope with it..
Never encounter Kreb's cycle la.. glycolysis, Neuromuscular junction.. Membrane Potential.. bla bla..
So, i guess SAM-er.. need to spend more time on their studies lo.. compensate ...

But.. I still think SAM is the best... Feel like wanna be SAM promoter like TJJ...
Btw, only INTI SAM is the best.. because I met all my lifetime friends there.. *Miss INTI**
SAM provides me.. with all the hectic timetable and assignments.. that's why my current life is easier..
A better time management.. here, lesser assigments and homeworks.. only studying..
But the amount of studying. could be killing... but at least, not so stressful compared to SAM
SAM made me write faster.. appreciate every single minute.. that's why I could write faster in exam..
SAM (1 min - 1 mark).. MBBS - (2min- 1 mark).. but.. damn hard to score la.. need to vomit out everything from the book..
Overall.. I love SAM..... haha...

Well, I wanna rest already.. sleep earlier and prepare for a better tomorrow
No worries.. There will be a post tomorrow...after my date with the library..

But the special case is.. he sleeps most of the time.. He went to library and SLEEP. PIG

Gals and Boys.. make sure that you are prepared mentally for the next photo..

Especially If you are planning for a meal.. make sure you put a halt and think twice before scrolling down..

Or else, you will lose your appetite

Ya, I know it is disgusting.. But I dont have any feeling at all..

Maybe I am used to it.. or I should be used to it..

In the future, might need to face something even worse than this.

At least, this 1.. wont yell.. wont complain.. or shout at me..

The alive body is not easy to deal with.. especially with blood flowing in it..

This 1.. only formalin smell.. nothing else.. takde.. haha

Erh, my anatomy 2nd test was over.. and now, busy studying for my physio test on this coming sat..
Next week pulak, is my biochem Presentation.. one word = study lo...
Going to get my punjabi suit this sat after the test.. looking forward for it..
Erh, my upper limb (anatomy) was completed.. now, proceeding to lower limb..
1 month later, or about 3 weeks later is my 1st block exam..
Oh ya, I guess I never mention anything about my 1st year timetable...

Basically, there are 4 blocks in one year..
Each block consists of 10 weeks.. (9 weeks of classes + 1 week -block exam)
2 blocks are considered as one sem, 30K each sem..
After 2 blocks, there will be a sem break for 1 month..
So, my sem break is on early Aug... and next year, CNY fall on my uni exam... haha..

Okay... proceed to another story..
Last week, I went to Kasturba Hospital and got free consultation from dermatologist..
They only charged us for the medicine.. and my face is getting better now..
Maybe, already adapted to the environment, water and weather.
Seriously, it is very cheap lo.. Less than RM10 for 3 medicines..
She gave me soap for face wash, anti-toxin medicine and some cream to apply on my face lo..
Hehe... Later, i can show off my face in front of TJJ... haha
Erh, wanna take the photos of the hospital but I was too tired by that time..
No worries, I will go to the hospital very often in 2.5 years... Still need to see the doctor next month..
+ somore, will get to do clinical practical at the hospital...
I think the Kasturba Hospital (nearby my uni) is better than Malaysia hospital
Maybe Malaysia are well-equipped with better instruments
But in my opinion, the doctors here are more experienced and skilled..
At here, the doctors and dentists are berlambak.. mana mana also ada..
That's one the reasons, why the consultation fees are cheap..
Haha, pity Huey... Malaysian dentist charged her 4K for the braces and now, simply diagnose her..
Here, braces only RM300.... what can i say about it le... 4K and RM300..
Maybe next time, will go and do teeth whitening with ah kiong... haha.... because it is cheap ma..

And I just noticed that many pharmaceutical products are made in India..
and exported to other countries...eg, Malaysia..
If dont believe in me, check VICKs...(the product for FLU).. made in INDIA

Okay, main point of my story...
Just wanna merungut that.. today, Arvend and the gal beside him.. were scolded by biochem lecturer..
So, what's my problem?
My problem is... I sat beside him.. but I wasnt the one talking to him..
I was fully concentrating on the lecture.. seriously I DID wei...
Normally, only will fish in physiology lectures.. too boring ady...
Biochem, I wanna copy notes ma.. so, didnt fish lo..
Yala, the lecturer didnt scold me.. but everyone thought that he was tegur-ing me and arvend ma
Padahal is arvend and the gal on his rightside.. I am on the left..
So, just wanna blog and clarify lo.. haha.. so, tiba-tiba mati katak...
Luckily, the lecture tau it is not me.. but the rest of the class tak tau ma..
But nvm la.. who cares... just blog for fun.. since I didnt update m blog..

Okay, now is the time to zzzzZzz... or else, seriously, I might be the next to kena tegur..

Short Post..

Erh, like usual, nothing special about today...
But just wanna update my blog..
Tomorrow having my physio presentation about blood..
No matter how tired I am... although not really tired..
Just feel sleepy la.. i still will on9 for about 2 hours...daily
To online, blog, chat or etc la..
So, my normal routine is.. 7 bangun pagi, gosok gigi, cuci muka.. minum kopi...
Instead of kopi, i minum tea la.. Their tea and coffee are different from Malaysia...
They use pure milk from cow.. so kinda nice lo... and smells good
But i prefer HL milk lah.. everyday, i minum 2 cups of warm tea... + my mess breakfast...
Followed by class lo.. 8-4/5.. in between, 12.30-2pm, lunch break + gossip hours
Then, library time.. before going in, will drink coffee 1st.. either the Rs6 or the coffee day...
After that, get myself window view and hibernate until 5.30/6pm..
Then bangun, study lo.. study until 7/7.30... dinner
Will go out for dinner lo.. everyday different place...
Lepas itu, library.. from 8/8.30-11/11.30...on the way back to my hostel, coffee again...
My hostel is just opposite the library, cross the road.. sudah sampai..
Lepas itu, cuci baju, mandi mandi... on9 on9.. and finally tido tido..
That's all about my day at here.. now, after blogging... prepare for presentation lo..
hahaha

Oh ya, recently, didnt fish in the class anymore.. because we formed a BINGO Trio
consists of Me, Arvend and Thareni... 3 of us sit in the same row.. and play bingo during the lecture
hahahahaha

My Process

Erh, what I mean by My Process leh?
Of course, it is the process of me, growing up MENTALLY and becoming a better person..
PHYSICALLY wont grow anymore la.. already ini macam..
But before going in detail about my process, please take a look of this photo..
Because it is the beginning of my process..

Hehe, only my close friends will understand the meaning of this photo..

April 13... the 1st anniversary for my 1st ring.. because I didnt wear ring before when I was in Secondary

I started to wear the ring on 13/4/08.. and unexpectedly one year passed by... sekelip mata

Too many events took place in my life.. and it is hard to put in words..

Eg : Getting more serious and concentrated in my studies.. even now, it is also the same..

I think that the current me.. lagi serious .. lagi hardworking lo..

Oh ya, one year ago, I went to KLIA with Carly to send off Natalie.. she is my senior la.. batch 22

By that moment, I never thought that I would be in the same position, and same place after one year..

Okay, back to my process

After staying in one month in India, have gradual change in my way of thinking..

And I started to understand what Mr.Yap has been telling me..

And the qualities needed to be a good doctor.....it is more important than achieving a good result

This place is definitely a good place to PRODUCE/ MANUFACTURE good doctor..

Why I say so leh?

Because here, they requires 100% attendance - Responsibility (If less than 90%, cant sit for uni exam)

If late to class, considered as absent - Punctuality

No more spoon-feeding - Self-study/ Discipline

New environment & new culture - Adaption and etc la..

And I am very proud of myself.. cuci baju daily.. never miss once leh..

This is my way to make myself be more disciplined.. take it as a responsibility..

Although at first, I found medicine is tough and I admit that I am being timid/ coward..

Give up before trying... but.. right now, I am giving my best into it..

Because there is nothing else... that I could do about it.. no turning .. no looking back..

Just move on.. Ya, it seems to be contradict..

How can someone that being rejective towards medicine.. go library daily and study...

But that's me lo.. once I made my decision, stick to it.. and think on the brighter side..

Be optimistic.... and of course, I want to be someone better..

I dont want to be like certain people.. came here and waste their parents' money..

Or be doctor buruk... or SO-Called doctor.. I wanna be a good doctor with good ability in my hand

Some of my classmates la.. wanna be money-faced doctor somore.. and some of them might be very smart.. but with extremely bad attitude.. and ultimately irritating and arrogrant..

TJJ, i found your competitor.. you also kalah him wei.. haha

At 1st, I thought it will be a long post.. wanna write lot of stuff..

But it seems to be difficult to describe in words lo..

Udupi Day

Erh, today, Li Ning, Ah Kiong, Paw, Ash, Abi and Me went to Udupi for shopping..
At 1st, only the gals and me were going... tiba-tiba, terpacul Ah Kiong and Paw..
But I am pretty sure that they (Paw and Kiong) wont join us the next time... haha..
Because they have nothing to do..just watched us shopping.. and of course, I am also tired with it too..
That's me lo... get tired easily whenever it comes to shopping...
And according to Jolene Ng, it is definitely me after she read my previous post..
Because I suka complain ma.. she said that I sounds to be so steady and normal in my other posts..tak macam me lo
It just reminds me of Inti time... I was complaining about ah Yap la.. physics la
End up, still study for it lo..although I did badly for ALL my tests and quizzes..
And TJJ, stop questioning about my A la.. you know how "good" I am... my physics sucks lah..
Still wanna question me, the stuff I learnt 5 months ago.. if you ask me, what I ate yesterday..
I also need some time to recall wei... My brain capacity is limited le.. Have so many muscles.. and examples to memorise..
Where got room for Physics somore.. but I think I did remember some of it lah..
Afterall, I did study hard for it wei.. haha..

Well, okay.. back to my Udupi Day..
Woke up kinda late this morning, about 9.15.. Slept kinda late last night..
Seldom get Saturday Holiday le.. so, should tido lambat-lambat lo..
Straight to the point, went to Udupi to buy material for my PUNJABI clothes.. hehe..
My Punjabi friend, Ash said she wanna turns us (Me and Li Ning) into indian gals..
Maybe I will get to attract some Handsome Indian boys le.. hahaha

Li Ning is promoting shoes again.. last time, promote for Nike .. this time.. INDIA brand

Shoe Bazaar... India version of Vincci.. haha

I think about the same with Malaysia's shoes.. but their shoes are kinda unique and nice la..

Wasted alot of time at the kedai kain.. I was just sitting on the table while waiting for them..

Of course, I get it done very fast.. okay, this is nice.. then take and pay lo..

High efficiency ma.. Managed to get myself 3 pairs of clothes la.. (top, pant.. and the selendang lah)

The price are reasonable la.. cheaper compared to Malaysia..

And we are allowed to wear punjabi suit to class.. so, I have extra clothes lo..

The Kedai lo.. I am bored ma..

He is asking boss, the price of THE TUDUNG.. haha

Poor thing wei.. medical student.. jadi ini macam... anatomy addiction.. especially mammary gland.. haihz

Their Bangles really very nice.. I bought some lo.. about RM4 for 24...

I was freaking hot.. after all the shopping... drinking cola.. in bottle.. feel nostalgic wei..

Me and Ash...(my PunJabi friend).. always gossip with her.. haha

After all the shopping, we came back to Manipal and went to the tailor's shop lo..

Precisely, it is about 5 weeks since I been to India..
Still have 2.5years to go.. Today, really into the mood of blogging..
Feel like blogging even when I was lepaking at the library..
I think the library is my 1st house... compared to my room
I only came back to my room for shower and sleep.. of course, and on9
As usual, I will opt to sit at the window view although it is hot..
And I will hibernate whenever I feel sleepy... but not for a very long duration..15-30min
Because kinda umcomfortable... especially after meal..

Now, starting to feel the pressure... and seriously, it is not easy to be a medical student..
Or it is NEVER easy to be a medical student.. in MELAKA- MANIPAL MEDICAL COLLEGE
Erh, there is so much stuff to read yet so little time allocated for us to read..
You imagine lo.. class from 8am to 5pm.. ABout 2-3 hours of lecture everyday..
The rest are dissection, practical and bla bla bla...la..
About anatomy.. there are 3 branches... gross anatomy, histology and embryology...
Gross anatomy (Dissection - 4 days per week)...
And whatever taught in dissection hall will not be taught in the lecture hall
Most of the time, lecture only show us the muscles.. this and that...
And you need to do most of the reading by yourself..
Memorise the muscles.. attachment, nerve supply, actions....
20 muscles on our stupid hand...19 muscles on the forearm.. arm.. scapula..
And so far, we only learn the upper limb... lower limb is coming next week..
Then, another 10 more days is my 2nd anatomy test...
Lepas itu, 3 weeks after the 2nd test, 11/5 is my practical test for anatomy
Then, 4 days after that.. 15/5 is my spotter test for BLOCK exam..
Both upper and lower limb le.. + embryology + histology..
Embryology and histology are still okay.. still can catch up...

Okay, now we go to Biochemistry... My 2nd favourite subject
I used to like chemistry alot.. but at here... there are too many examples to memorise..
got alpha, beta, gamma, delta, omega.. the name belit belit somore... my kepala also pening..
Then horh, the thing is.. we dont have enough time to read.. and there is something called as
SELF-DIRECTING LEARNING.. they just gave us the handout, ask us to read and pandai-pandai lo..
And the topic is considered as already cover in our class.. dont have time to read what they taught in the class..
Lepas itu, have SDL somore.. then, have PBL somore.. presentation la..
Need to do research for PBL la.. and not only anatomy have PBL, biochem and physio oso ada..
So, the PBL topic is also considered as.. already cover in our class..
Physiology also same case la.. but the worst part is.. Physio textbook is.. seriously...
MENYAKITKAN MATA AND MENGERAMKAN HATI.... stupid Ganong book
tulisan kecil.. i think about font 8-9.. with the ayat berpusing pusing.. berbunga bunga..
and no classification, anything crumble together.. info so scattered.. sini abit, sana abit..
haihz.. but still need to read that book.. konon-kononnya INTERNATIONAL ....
The only thing I am dissatisfied is.. if you want us to self-study..
But please stand in our shoes la.. we dont have time to do so many self-study topicSssss
While we need to prepare for PBL, anatomy...and catch up with the lectures in the class..

haihz.. actually, plan to write something else de..
But it turns out to be something unhappy... and complains..
Just wanna say it out la.. uncomfortable if i didnt voice out..
So sorry...Let me complain la.. Just ignore me la.. haihz
But no worries, I am UNBEATABLE Reena.. wont give up so easily
I think i just need some rest and tomorrow going to Udupi..

P/S : Anatomy is a subject where you need people to teach you or give you a brief introduction..

If you read bulat-bulat from the book, sooner or later, you will die...

That's why I say.. it is killing me right now.. because i self-telan the Chaurasia ma...

Mati lo ...yet, i feel bad if we kacau senior... they also need to study ma... unless under desperate situation lo.. hehe

Regain my Momentum...

Erh, I think now is the time for me to chill and regain my momentum..
Didnt do much of studying / blogging last week and this week...
I didnt know where I spent my time... Ah, I know where...WC...
Because my tummy ... upset lo.. :( I guess i ate too much of spicy food here.. haihz..
But I didnt care la.. just makan la.. since I subscribed for mess.. starting from 1st April
Rs8000 for 6 months, 3 meals a day.. about Rs45 la.. RM4 for 3 meals.. ada chicken somore.
Can refill, and free ice-cream on sunday... where to find..
So, every morning, me and li ning went to food court about 7.30, makan breakfast
Ada roti, capati, butter, jam.. still have 3 types of drinks, coffee tea or me... haha.. not me lah...milk
Then, after my breakfast, class lo.. dissection, lecture, lab... lepas itu, lunch at food court again..
After that, continue... sleep-inducing lectures... especially after lunch..
Finally, after class, lepak at library.. then dinner followed by library again... that's my life in Manipal lo
But sometime, get to chill out lo... go makan makan.. gossip gossip lo..
That's one of my reasons.. why i didnt update my blog.. because nothing to blog ma..

Well, this is a delayed post of San Hoe's Birthday... On 22/3, we went to a restaurant named as " Blue water"..
Frankly, it is more to a bar than restaurant.. but we tak tau ma..
And it was seniors' recommendation ma

Hey friends, sorry ya for my late updates..
Because kinda busy with my studies now...
Getting into busy stage lo... need to study daily.. 24/7...
And i became kaki library, everyday after class and after dinner, lepak at library
Hibernate kat library also lo.. have FOC air-cond ma..
Erh, my next anatomy test is coming soon again..20/4.. every 3 weeks.. haihz
Next week, have presentation somore.. but luckily, this morning I have a 2 hours break..
So, utilise this time to blog lo.. hehe.. and tomorrow is good friday and we have holiday here..

Erh, apa itu 21 and why i blog abut 21 leh?
I guess only Jack can understand..
Because I always call him 21, cacat, down syndrome ma..
Dont have the chromosome 21.. Hehe.. + his sternum deformity..
Well, then yesterday at the food court, lunch time..
Talked to a guy, named Ken Yaw from Taylor SAM la..
Then, when mentioned about my mum gave birth to me when she was 41 years old..
He said, "shouldnt you be down syndrome".... I am so speechless... swt!!!
Well, today, had my 1st lesson on embryology... Mitosis and Meiosis as introduction
Gotta finish the whole development of fetus within 10 hours lecture... Kill me..
From fertilisation to 9months later in 10 hours.. can you imagine that?
You know la, how good my reproduction + mitosis and meiosis...
Then, the lecturer said la.. if woman aged 35 and above give birth, 1 out of 300 might DS la..
That's mean, I am one of the lucky 299... haha, thanks to mummy..
Yala, when lecturer said about that.. I was about to laugh out wei... so funny..
Actually, I doubt that I might have some DS le.. since I am so talkative + playful.. haha

Erh, my anatomy test and presentation are over..
But still have many more coming.. Physio and Biochem la..
Anatomy test, once in 3 weeks.. haihz..
I think I gotta study anatomy daily.. because Mr.Venu likes to pick on me and arvend..
At 1st, kinda scary but I think it is okay now.. because it is so funny when he kacau arvend..
Well, i think i did quite well for my presentation... although it might not be a well-prepared presentation
But at least, i didnt shiver or get nervous like last time..
Maybe because gain experience from SAM already.. Kinda steady... haha..
But still, my friend said that i spoke very fast... still have room for improvement..

Everything is okay lo.. just that my sleeping habits horh... erh..
I need a lot of sleep nowadays, at least 7 hours.. or else, I will fish in the class..
These few days, sleep for 5 hours.. feel like dying... not like last time..
Can stay up until very late... haihz, getting old ady lo...

Haihz.. just like my title, I am bored to death..
Life is so boring here.. without u guys by my side..
24/7 library library library... and coffee day..
Only 3 weeks, or precisely 8 days of long hour class, 6 days of short hour class..
But I am about to die ... Nothing else to do at here..
Only study study study and study....
Maybe it is because, nobody accompany me..to talk, to crap..to gossip
Well, there are a few of them la.. we formed a India 8 x 8 = 64.. gossip lo
But the feelings are so different lo

Without Jolene, to tell me bedtime stories..
Without Huey, to brighten my day.. with her jokes and gelagat lucu..
Without Limmy and her movies..
Without Akak Yng to bully..
Without Hong and his ears listening to my stories..
Without Jack and his "lubang", nobody to argue with me..
Without Daddy and his piggy back...
Haihz, end of the story.. Boring lo..

Actually, I think the main reason is because everyone is so focus on study..
And you know la, future doctor.. mana ada like me so childish..
So talkative somore.. Maybe I should learn "THE POWER OF SILENCE"..
But tired la, sit in the library whole day without talking..

Erh, suddenly, realised that I have uploaded many photos in my blog..
Not much of words, mostly photos.. Trying to balance it la.. 50.50..
It is about 3 weeks since I been to India..Time really flies..
If I am not mistaken, I did mention that I like this place (India)..
Just like a kampung version of Malaysia and Inti..
They have everything here.. and everything is within walking distance..
Either 10min or 20min, is also considered as walking distance a..
Well, this post is mainly about the Indian ppl.. frankly speaking, I quite like them..
They are nicer and better compared to M'sian although they are poor..
For them, everyone is a good person, and they will treat you heart to heart..
Unlike M'sian, talam dua muka.. scary wei...

For eg, the Sonia aunty(breakfast).. she will never ask me to pay in advance whenever I order sandwich.
She says.."pay tomorrow"...
Eventhough the Indians are poor, but they will never cheat your money and sometimes, they are very generous..
They know that we are students, and they will give us discount rates.. feel bad... because they didnt earn much, yet still give us %%%
Erh, when we bought stuff/meals, we dont have small changes, for eg Rs1-Rs5, they will say nvm.. pay next time..
U think Malaysian will do so? 10sen also want to count...
Then, when my Chaurasia is coming out from the centre (tanggal la)... the bookstore ppl gave me a new book for free..although i highlighted some of it..
And many more la... in a word, they are kind..but we always have a bad thinking about them..
Just change our mindset lah.. they are really nice.. and they always smile... :)

Watched that with my sis last month at KLCC..
Why I use that as my post title leh?
Because I think I am changing lo... undergo a "changeling" process..
Well, this might be a lengthy post.. in mood of blogging..
I guess my dad(biological) [Eldwin is daddy] would be very happy reading my post..
Because the current Reena is not so Reject-ive towards medicine compared to 2 months ago..
Why made me say so? Because I did study for it.. not for the sake of anyone, but myself..
1st of all, I didnt want to waste money and I really didnt wish to be a so-called doctor..
Be a doctor but Not for the title, and I want to be the type of doctor that can bring happiness to others..
"Ini barulah macam saya".. I always hope that the people around me are happy..
This is my main reason for being happy and optimistic most of the time..
Because I knew that an individual's emotion can affect the people around them..

Well, proceed to the part of changes..
Erh, as I have mentioned in my previous post,
I changed my unhealthy lifestyle, eating habits and sleeping habits..
3 meals a day, sometime even more.. 4 meals.. including BR ice cream as dessert.. and a greater proportion of rice.. haha
Sleeping a, minimum 6 hours lo.. maximum 8 hours, range from 10pm to 6.50am
Yes, you are right, you are not reading the time wrongly..
I wake up at 6.50 am every morning although my class starts at 8am..
Start walking with breakfast (sandwich) on my hand at 7.30am
Reach class about 7.45am.. Cant afford to be late now.. or else, attendance will not be counted.
Mana macam last time, 8am class, 7.45am only wake up.. then, rush to class..

Then, I started to climb the stairs although we have lift here.. and went to jog once in a while..
So far only once la.. jogging.. Imagine that I am climbing with heels..
Last time,even I was wearing slippers/sneakers, I was too lazy to climb.. big difference wei..
My India's room is much more cleaner, neat and tidy compared to Inti's room..

Because I have lesser stuff in my room, and I spent most of my time in the library..
No more flood relief centre, dont have any extra food/sweet for you to gamble (Carly and Jo)..haha

Erh, what else a.. I went to library most of the time, they dont have common room here..
Just have discussion room at the library lo..
The best part of the library is the seat is separated, so can sit individually..
Wont be unable to start any conversation..
Normally, you wont be able to spot me in the library.. Hehe.. you know why???
I am hiding at the corner .. hibernating...haha.. this part of me didnt change at all.. haha
Library is still the best place to zzzzz... + FOC air-cond..
But after sleep, study again.. Now, I am regular of the library.. because afternoon classes are cancelled..
Next week onwards, only can go to the library after 5pm classes..
Library closed at 11.30pm, but my 1st month curfew time is 9.30pm.
Plan to extend my curfew time by getting permission from chief warden.. troublesome procedure la..
But what to do, I must study in the library.. cant study in the room..
Main distraction : INTERNET and YOU GUYS... cant stop myself from chatting with you all..
Not your problem la, is my own problem.. haha.. I am not blaming anyone but myself..
Btw, I did something bad today.. I broke my curfew time.. Came back at 10.45pm (went to library la)
Nowadays, because of Ustav, the guard didnt really check and I guess they didnt really know all of us.. or they are being kind because of the festival.
So, dengan selambanya, I just came in lo.. haha.. but I know it doesnt work everytime..
Jadi, it is still better to get permission from Chieft Warden lo..

Erh, honestly, I think that SAM is much more tougher than Medicine le..
At least, Medicine is something understand-able if you spend time reading it over and over..
But SAM, it is not only something that you cant understand completely although you have been reading hundred times..
It is also requires your time.. hardwork.. and good time management... and of course, intelligence la..
Or maybe I managed my India time better compared to Inti time..haha..
Or maybe, this is only the beginning stage... (Higher possibility)
Next week is the starting of the HELL-life.. human-cadaver transforming process.. haha
Packed with presentation and test.. hopefully, I can handle it la, with the experience gained from SAM..
Just felt that the current life is boring la.. because less entertainment.. really can save up some $$.. the only entertainment is makan and telan anatomy...
Seriously, studying/ classes 80% of the time..
And the saved $$ is channelled into coffee + snacks expenses.. you need to be consistently drinking coffee to stay awake.. or chew something in your mouth.. haha

Okay, will blog more tomorrow.. Kinda late now.. about 12.30am..
Still have abit more to study before sleeping..
Hehe, tomorrow only have 2 hours of class.. anatomy dissection.. yeah..
And it is really scary because I only study for anatomy most of the time..
Neglect physio and biochem le.. but seniors said it is normal..
haha..I guess I am not the only 1... everyone is the same..
Erh, at least, I am studying because I want to .. not because I am forced to..
I guess my dad should be glad about it.. ahahhhahaha
But I am still doubt whether I can be a good doctor or not la..
Because being a good doctor, it requires more than just academically..
But I will try to lo.. develop more good qualities..
India should be a good place for transforming, either into cadaver or doctor..
If successful, then doctor lo.. If not, cadaver lo.. haha

Erh, sorry for the late updates...
Kinda lazy to update.. because nothing special happens ma..
Well, celebrated San Hoe's birthday on last Sunday...
And there will be a post about it once i get the photos..
This week, I only have morning session classes.. evening classes cancelled.. From 8-12.30
Afternoon free lo.. but kinda busy next week..
Need to prepare for 1st anatomy test on 30/3..
Then, 31/3 is my anatomy presentation, 16/4 physio and 5/5 biochem
Luckily, the presentation didnt clash.. or else, i will slash myself to death.. haha
Okay, today after my biochem PBL, we went to Udupi..for lunch

Seniors' recommendation... but in my opinion, so so la...

My Actual Age...

Erh, today, woke up quite early and I still have an extra 10min to on9
Because normally, will walk to class with Li Ning at 7.30am
Then, I thought of doing the facebook "The True Age Test"..
Because Ken Loon always say that I am a small kid..
Well, he is not the first person to say so..
First Question, is my biological age --->19 years old ( 18++)
After 10mins, my actual age turns out to be 13 years old..
Should I be glad or upset about it?... somehow, I am actually happy..
I guess Choo Ken Loon will be laughing when he reads until here.. haihz

Erh, today Ah Kiong shakes his head again.. when seeing me capturing photographs..

Erh, yesterday I was too tired to blog...

Then, today I am too lazy to blog,

I know KSYng and LJHuey are going to scold me again..

Every single muscles and bones are so noticeable.. After 1 year, our cadaver also will be like this..

Again, lunch after dissection class.. Mess again..Veg Rs30, going to eat Mess as lunch for the rest of the year.. Not many choices at the food court.. So, just eat something simple & easy.. Dinner eat at outside lo, better meal..

Choo Ken Loon, I really ate alot le.. Capati 2 pieces le.. + the rice hidden under the capati..

Erh, today, early in the morning, attended physio & anatomy class..
As normal, another boring + sleepy lesson, Trying to keep myself awake..
Then, (Problem Based Learning) PBL Introduction.. Gotta solve case about "Cold Hands"...
Then, we got another 1/2 hour break... alleluyah...
When to food court, still dont have mess, then i Decided to try India Subway, Rs75
Forget to capture pictures ady.. then, still felt hungry leh, + somore, i ady ate sandwich as breakfast
Paw gave me some of his rice since he cant finish it.. My appetite really become bigger since I came to India..
Need more energy ma.. then, went to the six floor library.. and have my afternoon nap.. haha

You know what, I am proud of myself.. Being able to update my blog daily..
I am trying to MAINTAIN it la.. Kinda tiring if update my blog daily... But I will TRY TO..
Because I WANTED you guys to know what is happening to me in India..
But sorry lah, i dont have time to design or format my blog..
So, this blog is about my 1st DISSECTION CLASS on a CADAVER (Dead Bodies)
For the 1st Block, we ll learn the upper limb and lower limb..
Okay, enough with the crap.. now, it is the CLIMAX..

Beginning of the class.. Dissect the Pectoral Region(I think so)..

Seriously, dont faint by seeing the picture..

According to lecturer, actually the body is not black in colour but.. after being kept in formalin tank, jadi itu macam lo.. The formalin smell... erh, I am still okay it.. Zoom IN.. Clearer image.. The yellowish part is the adipose tissue aka fatty tissue la.. This cadaver kinda skinny...

I know, Huey definitely will like this photo.. haha.. the scar on his leg was the spot of formalin injection..

Me, bare-handed (without gloves, can feel the texture of the skin better).. Seriously I did touch that body without using forceps.. Somore, Dissect abit of his skin..

No worries, this is not my hand, I am just the photographer.. haha.. But I will get to touch it sooner or later.. haha..

This is the Mess available in our food court, Since it is non-veg (Chicken), it costs Rs60, MYR 4.50.. Buffet style somore.. eat as much as you could.. it reminds me about Hong..

Before & After.. My plate kinda clean horh.. haha.. Need to eat more in India, get hungry easily.. Need to walk often ma, do laundry le, used up alot of energy le..My dinner.. Curry again.. haha.. Rs60.. Dont know what dry plate la.. Can makan then okay lo..

After one week..in India

As introduction, I think I am starting to like this place..
And I am leading a better lifestyle here..+ healthy
Can you imagine that the super duper lazy Reena woke up at 9.30am on Sunday??
Well, nothing to be proud of, since it is 12noon in Malaysia..
Sleep quite early at here, promised myself to sleep latest by 1.30am..
Really 101% of concentration in class, once distracted, definitely will miss out..
And I eat breakfast every morning, ordered from the auntie beside my hostel..
Lunch and dinner also at the fixed time, so no need to worry about my unhealthy eating habits.
No more maggie mee here, expensive la..MYR1 each, my sister is not here to buy me maggie..
So, no supper lo.. But today, figured out another way to get supper, have canteen near my hostel Haha.. but i guess, I dont need supper because eat alot during dinner and sleep quite early..
And I am doing my own laundry daily, to train myself to be more independent and discipline lo.
Then, I can save more money and travel.. I am not buying drinking water, just refill from dispenser
Until now, havent kena diarrhea, so, should be okay lo..
India is a very good place to make ones to be more independent and reliable..
Here dont have entertainment, only books, so can be more thriffy, and have a good financial planning

First of all, this is the building where I have my lectures daily, INTERACT building. Though, it looks BURUK from outside, but its inner is spacious.. Capture my lecture hall next time.

Chandrashekar Hostel, or precisely Chandrashekar HOTEL, previously was hotel, but changed into hostel, have fridge, washing machine and etc, but costs MYR 1200 monthly.. My current room, only MYR 200+ with bathroom somore.. Save 1K monthly..
India's Hotlink, Airtel.. Red in colour somore.. Largest communication provider in Karnataka state. Manipal is a town in Karnataka.

KMC Green (Kasturba Medical College).. Opposite my block.. Can fight with Inti' s field... this picture only capture 1/10 of its area..

Road condition in Manipal.. just about the same in Malaysia.. kinda scary as they dont have Undang-undang here.. and I really wonder how they pass their driving test.. and it is awesome too, I never saw any accidents yet..
Bank in India.. ICICI Bank.. like an abandoned building

B.I Publications (Bookstore) They siap wrap the book for you, just for Rs 10, less than RM1.

If you wrap it by yourself, maybe need more than RM1, more your time and the wrapper somore.

Auto station (Auto = Taxi) but they only have 3 wheels..

A late wish for him.. Happy 18th Birthday..
Kinda sad for him.. Away from home & friends.
But luckily, he still has a friend like me.. to celebrate with him..
Didnt do much for him, just bought him a cake as birthday present..
And asked the whole class to sing a birthday song for him, as what we did in SAM

FYI, Udupi is a nearby town.. have more things than Manipal..

He seems to be faking a smile horh.. haha...

So, sometime, we keep on talking about Inti stuff..

Beside San Hoe is Kong Xiong, I call him ah Kiong..

I think i also have jodoh with Kedah-ese.. Lao po also from Kedah..

She is my closest girlfriend in Inti, stay 2 rooms away from me..

Walk to class daily with her..

Beside Li Ning is PCS and TC, both of them no need to intro la.. waste my time..haha

Look at my dress code, weird huh.. formal Reena.

Imagine that, I am wearing formal daily..

Erh, they are not really particular about girl attire..

But I bought many formal clothes.. so, just wear lo..

Just that no jeans and t-shirts are allowed..

Wear nicer, means that I respect my profession lo..

Today, we went to Udupi again.. (Saturday) to buy groceries..

We went to a place named BIG BAZAAR, and it is really "Big" like their name..

Forget to capture picture..

At the end of my day, these are the only thing I get from there.. with Rs200

Horlicks is the biscuit, not drink horh..

San Hoe, Li Ning and me wanted to buy kettle and after walking to 2 electrical shops

Managed to find stainless kettle with Rs 1400 after bargain, but he collected Rs 1345..

Now, the problem is.. there are only 2 kettles and another 1 is display de..

So, I dont want it lo... since I do not need it urgently.. I dont bring any food from Malaysia la..

Just want to use and boil water nia..

Actually also wanted to buy table lamp, but cut throat mien, Rs 995..

Manipal here only Rs 320.. Can buy 3 and u can die from the brightness..

Then, asked around whether have any nice food in Udupi since we pay Rs70 to go there..

Rs 70 shared by 3 ppl la.. Kinda cheap because we have auto(taxi).
Akhirnya, we came back to Manipal and have dinner..
Such a failure, we dont know any nice restaurant in Udupi..

Oh ya, this blog, wanna talk abit about my class & lecturers la..

All of them are Indians.. and my classmates, all of them are Malaysians..

We are MMMC (Melaka-Manipal Medical College) students..

Under Manipal University.. They have another college for India students..

Kasturba Medical College.. and we shared the facilities together lo..

My class consists about 125 students, 45% JPA, 10% Mara, 45% private

Population aspect... evenly distributed.. haha.. Indian, Chinese, Malay, Mix.. apa pun ada..

Only dont have foreigner.. sad case.. Many Indian in my class can speak fluent Chinese..

Some even better than I do.. embarrassing le..

Lecturers a..we have different lecturers for different subjects and topics..

For 1st year, we only have 3 subjects, anatomy, physiology and biochemistry..

But the books are killing me.. 1 subject can have more than 3 lecturers

In short, many lecturers la..

Then, different lecturers have different requirements..

Some allow you to talk, some doesnt ..Some allow u to take notes, some doesnt..

The coolest thing is one of my lecturers allow us to sleep in the class.. rocks!!

Janji.. confusing.. until now, cant remember their names and look.. nampak sama je..

I am fine with their accent la.. trying to get accustomed with it lo.. it is just a matter of time..

Phew.. Relieved... Finally... Lastly... Akhirnya..
Managed to online after gone through all the hurdles and obstacles
Got the MAHE(Cable) connection instead of I-ON (wireless)
Roughly MYR 50 per month la..
At 1st, went to the office, the indian lady told me, they only have I-ON for Sonia
Then, my senior told me, they bluffed me...and asked me to get the MAHE form..
And it is true that they bluff.. Evidence : I am onlining using Cable now..
Made me worry for nothing..

So, on last Tuesday, my whole day was about registration
Campus registration, Bank registration, Hostel Payment
From 9-11+, kill me, then went to food court for lunch
My food court have subway for Rs75 about MYR5.50
And another restaurant named Asian K.Flavour..
Ordered Nasi Pattaya and shared with Li Ning, about Rs25 per person
Big proportion, and I was speaking Malay to the Indian fella..
I totally forget that I m in India, not Malaysia..
Because everything looks the same here..
Just that more Indians on the road
Lesser traffic lights and accidents..they dont even have divider
It is damn scary to cross the road here..it is like bapak dia punya Jalan.. haha
The auto(taxi), motor and cars use their hand as signal.. bombarded mien..
Somehow, in India, it is all about walking..
Walked to lecture hall, lab, library, dinner..
Need about 10minutes to lecture hall
The only different things is.. I am walking in heel..(luckily not so high).alleluyah
Also bought 9books for Rs5480, 3 words to describe.. HEAVY THICK HORRIFYING

Erh, I also got my Airtel with the number +91 9980781413
+91 should be my country code.. not sure leh.. haha..
And bought the IDD roaming call, it is really cheap la..
Rs3.25 per min when call back to Msia or other countries, Aus, SG
My India Address, i will check it out.. now.. i also tak tau..
These few days really very busy lo..
My class started yesterday...
And some of the lecturers are strict
No drinking/ eating is allowed...
Fishing also cannot.. haihz.. unable to catch big fish Reena ady..
Gotta sleep before 1.30 at here, because really need energy to concentrate in the class
I got myself breakfast everyday from the convenient shop beside my block
Sandwiches are about MYR1-1.50 depending on the ingredients..
erh... it tastes NICE... order from her at the evening,
then morning straight away get it.. no need to wait for her to prepare.. time saving..
this is something that i like about my block..
cheap, save Rs 30K compared to Sharada..
Have laundry services, although I am not sending it for laundry
I am doing my own laundry, save money and take it as a responsibility / leisure
Kinda worry to send my formal clothes.. for laundry..
then, have convenient shop, phone booth, coffee booth.. apa pun ada..
1 word.. GOOD...

Upon Arrival

Upon Arrival..
Today is Tuesday but I still didn’t get to online in Manipal..
Wanted to apply for the cable connection but they only have wireless for my block
According to the senior, wireless is unstable, so I still considering about it.
So, typing my blog using Ms Office, then post to my blog when get to online..

Well, the flight took about 3+ hours to reach Bangalore, which is about 1.45am (Malaysia Time)
11.15 (India Time).. Difference by 2.5 hours..
KLIA Airport is much more better than Bangalore International Airport..
Didn’t capture pictures, too tired ady.. Didnt get to sleep much la..
The night before, went out with Kenny, Vinay and Limmy until 4+am..
Then woke up about 9+ to pack stuff.. Really exhausted..
Get on the bus, which is about 5 seats per row.. Kinda packed. Sandwich..
And it took us 1 hour to reach the Royal Orchid Hotel..
The uncle said, the road is KL type road.. and I am still okay with it..
Don’t really have any feeling that I am in India. Everything looks the same..
The hotel we booked was about RM45o per person..
The hotel was okay but we can get a much better room in Malaysia.. by using MYR450..
Online at there and blog my previous post..
But before I posted, laptop already out of battery..
Couldn’t charge because I didn’t have the stabiliser as the voltage in India is 220V
While Malaysia using 240V..
Then.. Dozes off lo.. and it was just a 2 hours sleep..
Because by 4am, we need to wake up, Breakfast at 5am, then 6am ciaoz to airport..
So, it was just a waste of money staying at hotel.. not cheap somore..

The breakfast was okay.. but didn’t eat much.. In sleeping mode..
The milk tastes different... 100% pure milk, squeezed from cow.. haha
And most of the food have spices and herbs..Not used to it yet..
Then, another 1 hour to Banglore Airport..
And the weather was nice, 17 degree Celsius.. Chilling...
Then, from there, took a 1+ hour flight to Mangalore using Jets Airways..
Slept again in the airport, but the plane really smaller.. 4 seats per row..

Reached Mangalore about 10.45am(This blog onwards, my time will be India Time)
Then, get on the college bus, and Manipal is 60km away from Mangalore
But it took us 2 hours to reach there.. 30 km/h.. Due to the bumpy roads..
Erh, Should be the uneven surface.. Everyone was complaining..
But I was sleeping soundly at the back, for me, the road was still okay.. hehe

Then, we went to the hotel for briefing and etc.. Had lunch at there..
And when the senior called our name to receive file,
He called my name, reena lim lee CHAI... swt...
I am not sure whether to laugh or ...angry...
Then, I didn’t get the room that I pre-booked..
Booked for Sharada New Non AC room, which costs about Rs76, 000 annual basis..
But I was given Sonia Non AC, Rs41, ooo.. cheaper.. But I was told, it was far from class
Somehow, it turned out to be satisfying, have attached bathroom, bigger than Inti Room
And the location is strategic, near to class.. nearer compared to Sharada..
Sharada People were complaining about it, and wished to switch room..
I guess that I am lucky huh..
But when I reached the hostel, my room was occupied by senior’s stuff..
And the room is locked, after waited for 30min, the caretaker asked the lock man to break the lock.. (still lucky huh?)
Then, cleaner lady cleaned the room for me.. We can ask them to clean for us anytime, just need to write in the book..
Main point is FOC.. haha.. But I still clean it myself after that, kinda dusty..
Oh ya, my room is on the 3rd floor.. Kill me please..
I am lazy to walk and climb stairs but now, I am forced too.. What to do?

There were Uncles (Bell Boy) around, and they helped us to carry our stuff..
My luggage is about 30+ kg, so, must seek help from them..
Senior told us to give them tips, 3 ppl shares about Rs.100, (MYR 1 =Rs13)..
Which is lesser than MYR10..
Then, I gave the uncle Rs30, and he requested for another Rs20 (Rs30+Rs20 =Rs50)
My senior said , just give him.. Then, my friend (Li Ning) stayed 3 rooms away from mine.. also need to pay Rs.50
The uncles asked us to pay another man for Rs.50 because there were 3 of them..
But we just ignored them.. and get into our room..
Li Ning said, he waited for about 30min..Outside of her room..

After that, I was busy cleaning the room, wipe here and there..
Then, I thought that we are supposed to meet at the lobby at 5.50pm.
But actually, it was 5.15pm.. So, I missed out to go shopping with them..
Kinda depressed and tired.. It was really a bad day...
Then, a Jpa gal, named Amalina, she looks like a Chinese, fair complexion
Took me to the shop to get some groceries. . pillow and etc..
And I met my group at there..
But I didn’t get my Airtel(India Sim Card)
Need to wait for the senior to buy for me..
Get myself pillow, detergent, hanger and etc..
They don’t have bolster here, and it is consider as luxury item at here..

After that, senior brought us for dinner and it costs me Rs20 (MYR 1+)
Because I shared my food with another gal (Mei Li).. Big proportion..
Egg Fried Rice and I am still okay with it..not much difference with Malaysia fried rice
Still trying to adapt with the food..
When I was eating, feel like crying, I missed the time, we were having dinner at Maxim.
I missed auntie alot, miss u guys alot.. Really...
Maybe I haven’t get myself mix with others.. haha

Then, rushed back to the hostel, curfew for 1st month is 9.30pm
Then 2nd month, 10.30pm, 4th month 11.30pm, then latest is 12.00pm..
Pity huh.. miss Inti alot, went for supper at Palma..no curfew at all.. study until morning.. But things are different here.. Really need some time..
When reached my room, started to unpack this and that lo..
Then, filled in the form which is required for tomorrow..
About 11+, I just turned off my light and sleep..

P/S : My blog was typed on Tuesday afternoon, I didn’t managed to get stabiliser to charge my lappy.. borrowed from Paw..stabiliser out of stock and I was missed out when they went to the electrical shop...

Well, I managed to control myself...
To be honest, my mood was pretty bad.. overwhelming frustration..
Too many things to do in a short time.
Hence, I would like to apologise that I didnt bid a proper goodbye with u guys..
When I think about that, I felt like crying..Regret..Wanna have my last dinner with u guys..but haihz..

I didnt know what to say anymore... just a sincere thank you..

Goodbye, Segamat!

Again, woke up at 5+ am this morning..
Just to pack my stuff
Preparing to go *back* to KL
*My hometown is in Segamat but I stayed in KL longer*
Staying with my eldest sister and she will be sending me to the airport on Sunday..
Parents are not going.. 2nd bro in SG, 3rd bro in Aus..
At 1st, 1st bro wanted to send me to KL on Saturday night
But there wont be enough time to pack my 30kg luggage.. *sigh*
So, only Jie will be sending me lo..

Well, the thing that i miss the most in Segamat
Would be my Room, my Bed, my BOLSTER, my COMFORTER..
Feel like bringing them to oversea.. especially BOL and COM..
Staying in Segamat for the past 18+ years.. Included 1 year in Inti...
Graduated primary school in SK Bukit Hampar with Limmy.. (2002)
Graduated secondary school in SMK Canossian Convent (2007)
Completed SAM in Inti UC (2008)
Will be completing 5 years degree in Manipal University (June 2014)

If you ask me about the memories in Segamat...
Cant really recall what happened in Kindergarten and Primary School
Conclusion : Did not really have childhood lo.. Bicycle pun tak tau..
I think my primary sch's memories were circulating around Limmy ba..
Since she is my only best friend..
Kinda introvert in Primary School.. Quiet, budak baik type lo..
Totally a different person from the Present Reena.. (You can ask Limmy about that)
But I am still very stubborn (didnt change at all) - (Qian L., 2008) haha

Secondary School, a new environment without any old friends
Limmy went to another school, which was just beside her house..
Ponteng also senang.. Went home to tido somore.. just like her..haha
My 1st secondary school friend was Yee Shia,
Followed by Kai Shan, Jolene and Candy..
Of course, they approached me at 1st..
I was too introvert la.. Even in SAM also itu macam ma..
Then, joined Leo and became more and more talkative..
Bla bla bla non stop.. After get to know Jia Huey Even Worse..
From microphone, upgrade to speaker & radio, etc la.

My secondary memories were all about Leo..
Leadership Experience Opportunity..(LEO)
Until today, this moment, I am still helping my juniors..
Just feel like helping them although i m busy..
Well, after graduate from school, supposedly should be none of my business
But for me, Leo SMKCC is always my business if they need me..
At least, my juniors did appreciate my hard work..
Compared to those heartless..useless incapable Leos from other schools..
Made me.. angry just thinking about them..

Okay, i guess this post is kinda long..
Erh, maybe the next time i blog.. is upon my arrival in India..
Didnt get to online in KL... and i guess i dont have time for that..
I promised myself to blog more often..
Spend lesser time on sleeping and manga-ing..
And use it for blogging and keep in touch with my friends..
Miss you guys...

Erh, I woke up at 5am this morning..
Kinda rare for me to blog in the morning...
Cos morning is the hibernating time for me..

This is because i slept at 7pm last night..
Exhausted...Run out of battery and need to be fully-recharged.
Today, the post is all about my best friends..

Start with..

1. Jolene Ng Jia Wen aka Bagan Jo

Roommate for Sem 1 & 2/Best friend since Form 2
My treasurer for Leo & private Chinese language translator

Cheerful, tough but sometime, might be scary if she didnt get enough sleep.. panda escaped from China... Her eyes are big!

Fought with her for countless time.. using mouth de la..Use hand de... once lo.. her birthday wrestling.. haha

Very considerate and always kena bully.. People always take advantage on her.. ESPECIALLY me.. haha.. Be smarter from now onwards, dont let anyone else bully u EXCEPT me. If people bully you, dont remain silent, fight back as what you did to me.. haha

A good listener but definitely is not a good advisor.. When u are sad, find her for a tight bear hug...@_@~

2. Lim Qian aka Limmy
My best friend since 5 years old.. (14 years of friendship)

My only Chinese gal friend throughout my primary hood

A superb good swimmer.. Thanks to her.. I almost mati lemas at the age of 10... Went to the swimming pool for the 1st time, brought me to 7ft.. Luckily, i mati also dont want to lepaskan her.. haha

A tough & independent gal.. but 101% HK drama addicted + shopaholic.. Fashionable.. Top 3 of Mr.Quek's student..

Smart, brilliant and also lazy.. Be more hardworking .. Sleep less la..

Good in whatever sports.. Super neat + tidy.. (In a word, Opposite of me lo)..

High expectation on her future boyfriend and I m looking forward for it.. haha.. good in house chores.. should be a good wife.. just worry for her husband's wallet..

3. Lee Jia Huey aka Si Suci/ Malao Huey (uncountable nickname)

My best friend since form 4 (thanks to YCH)...

Her gossip-ness and kepoh-ness started at her early age...

Gossip Queen, radio, Speaker.. from far.. can hear her voice

Daily entertainment for all of us.. Without her, our Inti life definitely will be lack of something.. 101% of sakai..

A gal that will get lost easily (pity Cheng for the next 4 years).. no sense of direction at all ( You can ask eldwin and eng hong about this..)100% fact

You can describe her as innocent in a good manner, or silly/blur/funny/ in an honest manner... haha.. it cant be helped.. you will just laugh when see her funny pattern.. pelbagai-bagai pulak tu.. :D

Her thinking horh... kinda "dirty" despite her innocent look.. BEWARE.. and all her dream/ideal guys are short!!..~

4. Khor Lian Fen aka Lao Po

Close friend since Sem 2- Huey's roommate

Not close to her at 1st, but we get along very well..

She remains silent most of the time, but when she speaks, her words are meaningful.

Mature character but sometime, worry too much..

I would say that she is hardworking, independent, reliable, dependable... and share your unhappiness with her without any worries.. If you need advice, go for her.. She definitely is a big help

Considerate and understanding, suitable to be someone's wife.. but currently, she is booked by me.. My lao po..

She is very polite & obedient kid.. and pity her for being Huey's mummy .. jaga her most of the time..

5. Khoo Sheue Yng aka Akak

Close Friend since Form 1.. (btw, was you or Grace who sat beside me when we were in F1)

Stayed at my house during SPM and be my akak(maid).. or my sis-in-law.. haha

The person that i hang on the phone the most during secondary school? every day, she came up with different stories.. i almost know her whole family tree.. from grandpa to grandnephew.

Love accounts alot.. but get frustrated easily..So, dont get near her when she is studying..Not because she will scold you but you will get fed up seeing her throwing tantrum

Another daily entertainment for me.. Like to tease & bully her alot.. She doesnt dare to complain to me about her hurdles in studies & friendship.. Because I will scold her from the head to the toe ..She complained to Jo, and Jo told me.. End of the story, Jo kena scold instead of her.

For creating a new blog..
This blog is purposely created for all my beloved friends..
Who care and concern about me..
This might be the only way that we can keep in touch with each other

As I m leaving in 1 week time..
I might not get to online often in India due to the bad connection
I might not get to MSN as I might be busy with my studies & the time difference
But I promise I will always miss you guys..
Now, ady started to miss you all... sob..sniff sniff

1 week from Now..
I will be in India, leading a new chapter in my life..
I still remember vividly the day I came back from South Africa
Straight away went to Inti for enrollment
And attended ah yap's class the next day..
One year later, 2009 I am going to India.. for medicine..
I dare to swear that, being a doctor never cross my mind at all..
Not even once.. Satu kali pun takde.. Mimpi also takde
But whatever is done is done.. and I am trying to be optimistic..
In one way or another, being a doctor is something closer to my dream (Self-comforting..)

I guess people do change with the progress of time..
Eg. Reena..
I used to be.. 'dont care, dont bother and dont mind"
And for me, "meeting and parting" is a must in life..
It happens at anytime, anywhere and to anyone..
Even when I was graduating from secondary school,
splitting with my friends.. i dont really feel upset..
I never thought of keeping in touch with them,
Only a few of them, who I really appreciate..
I dont even tell them that I am flying off this coming Sunday..
Just felt that we are leading a different pathway and
They have changed into someone that I couldnt recognise anymore..
Or maybe i am the ones changing?
So, deep in my heart says "It's okay, it will be fine"
They dont even make any effort to contact me,
Why should i contact them?
I am getting tired being the one who always make the 1st move contacting them..
Even when reunion, they are just giving excuses..
Not free la, dont have time..
c'mon, if you want to meet up, you will find a way to show up..
End of the day, they are nothing, but passer-by in my life..

If you (Inti friends) can recall, I am kinda introvert in the 1st sem
And I only hang out with limmy, huey and Jolene (Jo)
Well, you might know me.. for being a good user of Ms office..
Or the gurl that always be with Eng Hong and teased by ah yap..
Or maybe your 1st impression is.. crazy worker/ kiasu..
But I am glad that by 2nd sem, I get to know many lifetime friends..
I really liked u guys alot.. much more than i have ever thought..
It is only one year but a strong bond is established between us..
But what if I couldnt find any friend like you guys in India?
I really enjoyed myself throughout the year 2008
Travelling here and there (KL, Malacca, Kedah, Tmn Negara, Segamat)
Dinner gang at Maxim
Parties and hang out at Inti
Studying for final at the common room
Bistro Palma - Tea Tarik and Roti Telur.. and many more..

Therefore, I would really like to keep in touch with you guys..
and hence, a blog is created..
Now, I would like to thank all my friends in Inti and
secondary school's friends
Whom I love the most..
